Delivery ethos

We offer challenges which are progressive and fun.

• Taster sessions (for those with little or no experience)
  Our aim is to build confidence and develop new skills
• Intermediate levels of difficulty
  Our aim is to build on underlying experience and aptitude in order to stretch competences

We do this by:

• Encouraging participants to "Have a go"
• To assist them to exceed their initial expectations
• Give praise for their achievements
• Help them to come to terms with disappointments

We promote an inclusive society by:

• Identifying potential barriers
• Making adaptations to Adventures
• Restructuring adult to participant ratios as appropriate
