Emergency Services Training

Our site terrain and on–site features naturally lend themselves to providing training opportunities to many aspects of the work undertaken by the Emergency Services. For example the USAR (Urban Search And Rescue team from Avon Fire and Rescue Service together with the HART (Hazardous Area Response Team, part of the Great Western Ambulance Service) both use our tunneling complex to simulate Rescue procedures underground or in confined spaces.
